• Assist sales managers with order processing, documentation, and communication with clients.

• Support the Production Support Manager with contract creation and tracking.

• Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy in documentation and records.

• Coordinate production and shipping schedules to meet customer deadlines.

• Handle basic accounting tasks related to orders, contracts, and invoicing.

• Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and international clients.

• Contribute to production planning and ensure seamless alignment with sales.

Requirements:

• Strong command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).

• Knowledge of export documentation and accounting is an advantage.
