About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our growing development team in Fergana. You will work on modern web applications for international clients, collaborating with backend developers, designers, and project stakeholders to build scalable, high-quality software products.

The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, writing clean and maintainable code, and continuously learning new technologies.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Work with the client to understand their needs and propose technical solutions
• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Integrate APIs and business logic
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues
• Contribute to technical architecture and development best practices

???? Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• A proactive and learning-oriented approach to work
• A passion for helping others grow
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with React.js, Next.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, ES6+, and modern frontend development practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and IELTS 6.5 or equivalent

* Senior-level candidates (5+ years of experience) are encouraged to apply and may be considered for higher compensation and leadership responsibilities.

???? Preferred Qualifications

• Go, Python, or other similar web app backend experience
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM), system security, or remote monitoring
• Familiarity with WebSockets, Push Notifications, or Real-time Data Streams
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks
• Leadership or mentorship experience (with higher pay and scope of responsibility)
• Experience with PDF generation libraries such as PDFKit, jsPDF, React-PDF, or similar tools

• Senior Developers: $1,200–$2,500+
• Mid-level Developers: $800–$1,200
• Junior Developers: $500–$800
